Why Donate to THE Workman High Alumni Association?

As funds grow, the possibility of helping LOBOS with scholarships to college also grows.
When events happen, the possibility grows by making limited numbers of tickets available at a reduced price.
You help all classes make reunions a reality by reducing their costs with an additional funding source.
ANY amount helps.
You can make donations by e-check, money order, cash, or credit card and specify how the money will be used.
You can purchase tickets to events and pay in smaller amounts over time instead of a lump payment.
You can request a summary of money you have donated to each account type.
You can set aside money for tickets for future alumni events and reunions, and purchase the tickets from your account. (This can allow for a change in plans and reduce worry about buying a ticket and not being able to attend.
You help defray costs associated with the maintainence and improvement of THE Workman High LOBO Alumni Association website.

How can donations help?

Scholarships: As funds grow, we can help lobos of all ages defray costs of attending college. This could be in the form of helping with books, housing, fees, and tuition, depending on the amount of money donated.

Reunions: This is where you can save over time, making small deposits via credit card payments, so you will have money for tickets, hotels, and/or airfare. You can also specify amounts to help other classes reduce their costs for reunions and provide alumni with reduced ticket prices.

Events: You can purchase tickets over time with small payments instead of lump sums.

Website: Your donations help defray costs associated with the maintainence and improvement of THE LOBO website.
Plans for the immediate future are to incorporate a chat room, bulletin board, networking, job boards, garage sale, and photo gallery into the site.
We don't take corporate advertising, and your donations will help keep the site free for all.

Details of Accounts (The fine Print)

ALL acounts are free to open and maintain.
You can add money at any time.
Credit card payments have a 3% transaction fee associated with them. (charged by the bank)
E-checks (direct debits), and funds transfers are free.

Personal: A personal account is one we maintain for you from funds you donate and designate for personal use. These funds can be used for any purpose you wish at any time. You can draw funds designnated as personal at any time without aditional fees. (There is a $5 fee associated with closing an acount. Balance will not fall below this minimum)

Tickets: This account is maintained for you to have money available to purchase tickets for events and reunions.

* You can draw money from this account at any time reducing available money for ticket purchases.
* There is a $5 fee associated with each withdrawal from this account not associated with the purchase of a ticket.
* There is no fee when a request is made to purchase a ticket for an event or reunion on your behalf from this account.
* If your balance is not sufficent to purchase a ticket, you will be notified of the amount needed to complete the purchase.
* If you have money in your personal account, you may request money be transferred from personal to tickets account to cover the balance of the purchase.

Scholarships: This is a general account that is designated for scholarships awarded by The LOBO Alumni Association to students attending post-high school tech schools, colleges, and universities. Funds designated for scholarships cannot be withdrawn once deposited. Scholarships will be offered as funds are availlable and will be paid directly to the post-high school institution once the applicants schloarship has been awarded.

Association: This is a fund designated to defray costs associated with the maintainence and improvement of THE Lobo Alumni Association website. Funds donated to this account cannot be withdrawn.

The books for THE LOBO ALUMNI ASSOCIATION are always open for inspection.

All money donated will be placed with banking institutions who FULLY INSURE the ENTIRE deposit amount.
